At Final Touch Home Improvement, we strive to make the payment process as convenient and transparent as possible for our clients. Typically, our payment schedule is structured in stages, with a percentage of the total project cost due at key milestones such as project commencement, completion of certain phases, and final completion. This helps ensure that payments are made in accordance with the progress of the project.
As for payment methods, we accept various forms of payment including cash, check, credit/debit cards, and electronic bank transfers. We understand that different clients have different preferences, so we are flexible and accommodating when it comes to payment options. Additionally, we provide detailed invoices outlining the scope of work completed and any associated costs for full transparency and peace of mind.
During our free consultation with you, we will discuss the duration of your project. The key element in completing your project in a timely manner is for you to be available during the process so you can select your products. In addition, we will need full access to your home during the remodel during regular work hours (Monday through Friday 8am – 5pm). We will not begin work on your home until all the materials have been received. Our company policy is to stay on your project until completion once we have started construction.
